This is a photostory of my trip to the colourful cities of Valparaíso and Viña del Mar on the coast of Chile, about 1h30 from Santiago. Although the two cities are situated right next to each other, they couldn’t be more different. While Valparaíso is an ancient port city with endless square miles of little colourful houses in the hills, Viña del mar is a crisp, modern beach resort town with high rises and many luxury hotels.

Valparaíso is full of street art, some consider it rundown areas, some consider it art.
Colourful houses are another characteristic of the hills surrounding the centre of Valparaíso
